Ordering Information
1- To place a custom order with Stamped Occasions, submit the online order form providing us with your personal information and what product you are interested in. Stamped Occasions offers custom orders for any of our stationery products, however, if you have a question about a certain product not displayed please feel free to ask us! If it is made with cardstock or paper, Stamped Occasions will try our best to fulfill your request!
2- Upon receiving your request, Stamped Occasions will respond to you within 48 hours. Stamped Occasions will create a sample product based on the information you provide. We will send a photo of the sample to you, via email. Samples can be sent by mail if requested, however, this does require additional time and cost.
3- After receiving the sample, any desired adjustments can be made. Stamped Occasions will provide up to 3 different samples. Any further changes can be made at an additional cost of $10 per revision
4- When a final product is agreed upon, Stamped Occasions will send a contract with quote for you to review and sign. You will need to return the signed contract along with a 30% deposit, going towards the final invoice.
5- A final invoice will be provided as work comes to a close on your order. Your order will be shipped upon Stamped Occasions receiving your payment. Deposits and payments can be made via Paypal or credit card.
